Barcel USA LLC is seeking an Inventory & Materials Planner in Bethlehem, PA to plan and forecast production material needs, ensure supplies meet GMP, 5S, safety, HACCP, FSMA requirements, and maintain material availability. You will supervise associates, hire/train, review inventory accuracy, coordinate with suppliers and the purchasing department, and ensure daily materials are delivered to production.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; Bachelor's in Accounting or Engineering is

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Engineering.
• Experience in warehouse and logistics management.
• Strong IT skills with ERP/WMS familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and forecast production material needs and ensure inventory availability.
• Maintain inventory controls, conduct weekly counts, and keep master files accurate.
• Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing; verify invoices and receiving.
• Supervise associates, assist with hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, 5S, safety, HACCP, and FSMA in raw materials area.
