Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Shipping Coordinator - Raw Materials for 1st shift at the Youngsville, NC facility. The role involves data entry for shipping/receiving orders and coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve invoicing and count discrepancies.

Core hours are 6:30am–3:00pm; pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Candidates should have 1 year of logistics/warehouse experience and a High School Diploma or GED. SAP experience and forklift familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics or warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Relocation assistance is not available; candidates in 50-mile radius preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for shipping/receiving orders and resolve invoicing/shipping issues.
• Schedule transportation for truckload and LTL shipments.
• Ensure accuracy of transaction documents for incoming/outgoing material.
• Serve as SAP system expert on the team.
