Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Shipping Coordinator - Raw Materials on 2nd shift at our Youngsville, NC facility. The role involves data entry for shipping/receiving and coordinating with customers to resolve invoicing and on-hand counts.

The position pays $20.00 per hour plus shift differential, with core hours 2:30pm–11:00pm. SAP expertise and forklift experience are valued, and safety and 5S practices are emphasized.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in logistics or warehouse environment.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for shipping/receiving orders and work with internal and external customers to resolve issues related to invoicing, shipping and on hand counts in the warehouse.
• Ensure the accuracy of transaction documents of incoming/outgoing material.
• Evaluate shipments for adherence to all state, federal and global restrictions.
• Serve as a SAP system expert on the team.
• Schedule transportation for truckload and less than truckload shipments.
• Assist the department in loading/unloading of truck, scanning and tagging as needed.
• Adhere to environmental, health, safety rules and regulations.
• Provide process and safety improvement ideas.
• Use the principles of 5S+ to ensure a clean and organized work area.
• Other tasks as assigned
