Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Shipping Coordinator - Raw Materials on 2nd shift at our Youngsville, NC facility. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour plus shift differential.

Core hours are 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with benefits including health, vacation, holidays, and retirement plans. You will enter data for shipping/receiving orders, coordinate with internal and external customers to resolve invoicing and on-hand issues, and act as SAP expert to schedule transport and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• One year of experience in logistics or warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required from an accredited educational institution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Relocation assistance is not available; only candidates in the immediate geographical area (50-mile radius) will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for shipping/receiving orders and resolve issues related to invoicing and on-hand counts.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure accurate shipment documentation.
• Schedule transportation for truckload and less-than-truckload shipments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support loading/unloading, scanning, and tagging as needed while maintaining safety standards.
• Provide process improvements and maintain organized, clean work areas following 5S+ principles.
