Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Receiving Coordinator for 1st shift at our Youngsville, NC site. The role involves data entry for shipping/receiving, resolving invoicing and on-hand issues, and coordinating transportation while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualified candidates will have at least one year in logistics, a high school diploma, and the ability to work without sponsorship. SAP experience and forklift operation are preferred; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in logistics or warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required from an accredited educational institution.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for shipping/receiving orders and resolve issues related to invoicing, shipping and on hand counts.
• Evaluate shipments for adherence to state, federal and global restrictions.
• Schedule transportation for truckload and less than truckload shipments.
• Assist loading/unloading, scanning and tagging as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules and environmental guidelines.
• Identify process improvements and support 5S+ in the workspace.
