CEMEX US is seeking a Superintendent Raw Materials in Brooksville, FL to lead production in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner. The role focuses on assigning resources, ensuring quality and environmental standards, and driving continuous improvement across the area.

The position requires a engineering degree with cement industry experience and a track record of leading teams, coordinating maintenance, and managing budgets within a heavy-industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemistry or Chemical preferred) or related major.
• 2-5 years progressive experience within the heavy industrial manufacturing industry, preferred.
• Availability at all times to work and resolve issues of assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise area production with safety and adherence to standards.
• Assign resources, set priorities, and solve area issues.
• Ensure quality, environmental and cost specifications are met.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality for outages and improvements.
• Develop and implement improvement plans for personnel and equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure compliance with procedures.
