Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or Chemical preferred) or related major.
• 2-5 years progressive experience within the heavy industrial manufacturing industry, preferred.
• Availability at all times to work and resolve issues of assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Lead production area in accordance with MISSION, VISION, and VALUES; uphold safety and compliance.
• Manage training requirements and plans; deliver training where required.
• Control and lead all steps in production safely; ensure conformance with environmental and quality standards.
• Program, supervise, and prioritize area activities to achieve objectives and resolve incidents.
• Develop and implement procedures and standards for equipment operation and area housekeeping.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality for outages and continuous improvement.
• Oversee area meetings and report results to Production Manager; ensure regulatory compliance.
