Job summary

Cemex US is seeking a Leadman to provide leadership and direction to hourly employees engaged in daily maintenance activities at our Florida facility. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and continuous production, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely work orders and preventive maintenance.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of maintenance experience, including SAP knowledge, with strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance or related role.
• Knowledge of SAP applications is required.
• Ability to lead a crew and manage maintenance tasks within time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly maintenance crews and supervise daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with departments to complete work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule repairs, maintenance, and installation of equipment to maintain continuous production.
