Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort in Central Florida is seeking a part-time Ravello Server/Bartender. You will provide dining support for Ravello, sharing knowledge of menu items and Italian-inspired dishes while upholding Four Seasons standards of service.

The Opportunity:

Ravello Server/Bartender (Part-Time)

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our vibrant and active restaurant, Ravello who has 1 -2 years of Food & Beverage experience. Serving fresh authentic cuisine inspired by Italy's culinary traditions, Ravello is a destination Italian restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Orlando. From house-made pastas to wood-fired pizzas, every dish celebrates bold flavours and seasonal ingredients. Ideal for breakfast, dinner, or a relaxed evening with family and friends, Ravello blends warm hospitality with exceptional dining - bringing the spirit of Italy to the heart of Central Florida. You will provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. In this role, you will also oversee and maintain proper flow of goods to maximize sales performance.

This role will require a minimum of 3 days per week of availability. Thursday, Friday, Saturday preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
• Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
• Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience in fine dining and knowledge of steaks (cuts, temperatures, etc.) is preferred, though not required.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Ability to move back and forth between server and bartender positions as needed by operation
• Able to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
• Thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
