Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Lobby Bar Server Assistant. You will support servers in delivering an exceptional guest dining experience, clear and reset tables, and keep expo area clean.

You will deliver food to tables, describe dishes accurately, and work closely with the restaurant chef. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Clear communication with guests, teammates and chefs.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service environment.
• Must be fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the United States.

The Opportunity:

Lobby Bar Server Assistant

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our vibrant and active restaurant, the Lobby Bar , who has 1 -2 years of Food & Beverage experience. The Lobby Bar is the perfect place to meet for drinks, imaginative appetizers and sweet specialties from our pastry chef.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the server in providing an expertly served dining experience
• Clear and reset tables according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line
• Deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving an accurate and appealing food description
• Communicate fluidly with the restaurant chef

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong food knowledge
• Possess strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
