Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Orlando is seeking a PM Ravello Server Assistant (Temporary, Full-time) to support Ravello's dining service at our on-site Italian restaurant. You will assist servers, set up and clear tables, and ensure guests experience seamless service.

The ideal candidate will have Food & Beverage experience, thrive in a fast-paced team, stay organized, and provide exceptional service to residents and guests. English fluency and US work authorization are required.

The Opportunity

PM Ravello Server Assistant (Temporary, Full-time)

This is a temporary full-time position intended to cover a three-month period with potential extension or permanent placement based on business need. The estimated timeframe of this contract is from now to January 2027.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in our on-site, modern Italian cuisine specialty restaurant, Ravello. In the evening, guests may feast on hot fresh pizza and bread made at the wood-burning oven or regionally influenced Italian specialties.

What You Will Do

• Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silverware.
• Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supply requisitions.

What You Bring

• Experience working in Food & Beverage.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a large team.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedules and Hours

• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Availability to work primarily evening shifts is required to support dinner service.
