Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Orlando, Florida is seeking a PM Ravello Server Assistant (On-Call) to support our on-site Ravello restaurant. The role focuses on dining support, assisting servers and bartenders, stocking, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Food & Beverage, thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere, and demonstrate strong organization, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and a genuine service

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a large team.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to help guests.
• Excellent organization and ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.

Responsabilités

• Assist food servers and bartenders with serving, setup, and clearing.
• Polish glassware and stock bar/lounge with needed items.
• Organize and clean back-of-house areas and manage supplies.

The Opportunity:

PM Ravello Server Assistant(On-Call)

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in our on-site, modern Italian cuisine specialty restaurant, Ravello. In the evening, guests may feast on hot fresh pizza and bread made at the wood-burning oven, or regionally influenced Italian specialties.

What You Will Do:

• Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver
• Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions

What You Bring:

• Experience working in Food & Beverage
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a large team
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedules and Hours:

• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be available (3) days.
