Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an In-Room Dining Server for a temporary full-time assignment covering approximately three months, with potential extension. You will provide guests with a memorable in-room dining experience in a guest room or suite, drawing on 1–2 years of Food & Beverage or Room Service experience.

Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, English fluency, and valid US work authorization are required.

Responsibilities

TheOpportunity:

In-Room Dining Server(Temporary, Full-Time)

This is a temporary full-time position intended to cover a three-month period with potential extension or permanent placement based on business need. The estimated timeframe of this contract is October 2026 to December-January 2026.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can provide guests with a wonderful In-Room Dining experience in the comfort and convenience of a guest room or suite who has 1–2 years of Food & Beverage or Room Service experience. The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our ever-discriminating guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Provideexceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items and information regarding preparation methods
• Assist and serve food, drinks, and amenities to guest rooms and suites
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

• 1-2 years’ experience as In-Room Dining Server or similar role

• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.

• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.

• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedules and Hours

• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to workweekends and holidays
• Flexible availability is required, as this role may support morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
