Job summary

Bavarian Inn, Inc. is seeking a Ratskeller Supervisor in Frankenmuth, MI. You will lead the Ratskeller team, assist with ordering stock, budgeting, and menu development while maintaining top quality for guest families.

Hours are 40–45 per week, 5 days, with shifts from 7:00 am to 1:00 am. Weekend and holiday availability is required; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO, plus various employee discounts.

Our Ratskeller Supervisor assists with ordering stock, strategy, budgeting, developing menu items, ensures our highest level of quality, coordinates our outdoor events, and directs our Ratskeller team.

Hours: 40-45 Hours per week;5 Day a week

Earliest Shift Start: 7:00 am Latest Shift End Time: 1:00 am *must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and any variety of shift times between these hours.
