Bavarian Inn Motor Lodge Inc. in Frankenmuth, MI, is seeking a Ratskeller Supervisor to lead a dedicated team, oversee stock management and budgeting, and help develop menu items that delight families.

You will coordinate outdoor events and ensure the highest level of quality across service and offerings. Strong leadership in Food & Beverage is preferred, with the ability to motivate staff, uphold safety standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Are you a energetic, dependable Food and Beverage leadership professional who loves a dynamic environment, assisting team members to reach their full potential, and interacting with families? Our Ratskeller Supervisor assists with ordering stock, strategy, budgeting, developing menu items, ensures our highest level of quality, coordinates our outdoor events, and directs our Ratskeller team.

Hours: 40-45 Hours per week;5 Day a week

Earliest Shift Start: 7:00 am Latest Shift End Time: 1:00 am *must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and any variety of shift times between these hours.
