Job summary

The Bavarian Inn, Inc. Lounge Manager oversees all lounge operations, including inventory, supply orders, and monthly/ quarterly financial reporting.

You will lead the lounge team, create signature drinks, and contribute to marketing efforts while upholding Bavarian Inn Lodge leadership standards. Expect full-time schedule, 45 hours per week, with shifts from noon to late night; weekdays, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a lounge/bar setting.
• Ability to manage staffing and leadership of lounge team.
• Experience with inventory control and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lounge operations, including ordering supplies and inventory.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and inventory reports.
• Lead lounge staff and ensure adherence to leadership standards.
• Develop drink concepts and marketing initiatives for the lounge.

Are you a dependable, optimistic Food and Beverage Leadership professional with experience with a lounge/bar setting? Our Lounge Manager position is responsible for the overall function of the Lounge, including but not limited to ordering supplies and merchandise, Inventorying, completing monthly, quarterly and annual financial and inventory reports, drink creation and marketing, staffing and leadership of the lounge team based on Bavarian Inn Lodge Leadership standards.

HOURS:

FULL TIME: 5-6 days per week; 45 hours per week (average).

Earliest shift is 12:00 p.m., latest shift is out at 3:00 a.m.

Must be available weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.
