Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Lodge is seeking a dependable Lounge Manager to oversee all aspects of the Lounge, including staffing, inventory, and financial reporting, while leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role involves creating signature drinks, marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with leadership standards. Full-time schedule with varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a lounge/bar in hospitality.
• Ability to manage inventory and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Experience with drink creation and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lounge operations and guest service standards.
• Order supplies and merchandise for the lounge.
• Lead and develop the lounge team in line with Bavarian Inn Lodge standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and inventory reports.

Job description

Are you a dependable, optimistic Food and Beverage Leadership professional with experience with a lounge/bar setting? Our Lounge Manager position is responsible for the overall function of the Lounge, including but not limited to ordering supplies and merchandise, Inventorying, completing monthly, quarterly and annual financial and inventory reports, drink creation and marketing, staffing and leadership of the lounge team based on Bavarian Inn Lodge Leadership standards.

HOURS:

FULL TIME: 5-6 days per week; 45 hours per week (average).

Earliest shift is 12:00 p.m., latest shift is out at 3:00 a.m.

Must be available weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.
