Job summary

Qualifications

• Financial markets experience in capital markets, derivatives, or related environment.
• Experience developing revenue models, scenarios, investment cases or pricing analyses with commercial outcomes.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and recommend clear actions.
• Experience producing strategy presentations or board papers for senior decision-makers.
• Ability to secure cross-functional support without direct authority.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with clear explanations of assumptions and sensitivities.

Responsibilities

• Build business cases and commercial recommendations for investment, growth, pricing and strategic change.
• Develop revenue models and scenarios covering pricing, volumes, customer adoption, costs and delivery.
• Analyze market structure, customer behavior, competitors and industry developments affecting SwapClear's strategy and market position.
• Own analysis and reporting on business performance, market developments and financial outlook with Finance collaboration.
• Produce board and senior management materials that translate evidence into clear choices and recommendations.
• Help move priority initiatives into execution by coordinating across Product, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance and Commercial teams.
