Equipment & Controls, Inc. is seeking an internship candidate to support natural gas production operations within the Remote Automated Solutions unit.

The role provides hands-on exposure to RTUs, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and instrumentation alongside experienced engineers and technicians. Qualifications

• Actively enrolled student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Willing to work independently or in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and good collaboration with others.

Responsibilities

• Support process control and automation activities for natural gas production in Marcellus and Utica regions.
• Assist with process control design, implementation, and troubleshooting under guidance of senior staff.
• Provide technical support to the Remote Automated Solutions unit.
• Participate in site assessments and assist with mechanical, electrical, and software design tasks.
• Assist with installation, acceptance testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RTUs and EFM equipment.
• Help implement control schemes using RTUs, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA and communications networks.
