Job summary

Electro Org seeks an Automation & Controls Engineer to contribute to industrial process automation projects within a global leader in industrial gases and technologies.

You will design and program PLCs, create operator interfaces (HMIs), commission systems, interpret electrical schematics, and support field wiring in office and industrial environments, with occasional travel. The role offers hands-on field work, safety training, and clear career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of industrial automation or process controls experience.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (RSLogix or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and control wiring.
  • Ability to work in both office and industrial field environments.
  • Experience with Rockwell Automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with EtherNet/IP and Modbus communication protocols.
  • Manufacturing or process control internship experience.
  • Self-management and responsive problem-solving abilities.
