Job summary

UCB Inc. is seeking an Account Experience Specialist to drive REMS education and patient onboarding for the Rare Syndromes-U.S. Epilepsy Team in the Dallas area. The AES serves as the in-office liaison between accounts and our external specialty pharmacy partner, coordinating care and ensuring REMS compliance.

The role emphasizes relationship building with HCP offices, patient reviews, and rapid issue resolution to support timely therapy initiation. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS).
• Minimum of 2 years of Biotechnology/Biopharmaceutical account management or sales experience.
• Master's degree or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and support REMS and ONWARD education for healthcare providers and staff.
• Build partnerships with Key Account Managers and specialty pharmacy partners.
• Resolve procedural barriers and coordinate care to enable therapy activation.
• Travel up to 80% including overnight stays as needed.
• Provide training to neurology and ECHO offices and collect feedback to improve processes.
