Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Dunwoody, GA is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Rare Disease to launch a new GI/Hepatology product. You will develop territory strategies, engage physicians, and drive sales growth through clinically focused presentations that demonstrate value.

This role requires strong analytics, field leadership, and adherence to compliance standards. The TBM will collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage a territory plan, and travel as needed to meet business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to travel with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians.
• Navigate a matrixed environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify influencers and achieve customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to guide business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and group presentations.
• Plan activities for regular territory coverage per action plan.
• Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
