Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Metabolic Account Specialist in Miami to drive biopharmaceutical sales in a niche metabolic area.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver clinically driven messages and build relationships with endocrinologists and other specialists to improve patient access. Ideal candidates have >10 years in pharma sales, strong endocrinology experience, and the ability to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of account sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong endocrinology specialty experience.
• Account management experience with large group practices or IDNs.
• Willing to travel up to 70% with valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between Syneos Health and healthcare professionals across endocrinology, genetics, orthopedics, dentistry, pediatrics and primary care.
• Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive awareness and adoption of therapies in the FOP market.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with KOLs, HCPs and decision-makers to align with patient care goals.
• Deliver compliant, clinically driven messaging to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, patient support and market access to execute plans.
• Educate HCPs and staff on disease state, options and company support services.
• Monitor local market trends to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
• Represent Syneos Health at conferences and industry events to strengthen relationships.
