Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Metabolic Account Specialist to communicate clinically driven messages to endocrinologists, medical geneticists, orthopedic specialists, dentists/oral surgeons, pediatricians, and primary care physicians, focusing on the FOP market in partnership with Regeneron.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of account sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Rare/ultra-rare sales experience preferred.
• Account management experience with large group practices or IDNs.
• Must live in territory and travel up to 70%.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between company and healthcare professionals (endocrinologists, geneticists, orthopedic specialists, dentists/oral surgeons, pediatricians, and PCPs) in the care of FOP patients.
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive awareness and adoption of therapeutic solutions within the FOP market.
• Build trusted relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and decision-makers to align with patient care goals.
• Deliver compliant, clinically grounded messaging using market insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical affairs, patient support, market access) to align strategies and plans.
• Educate HCPs and staff on disease state, treatment options, and company support services.
• Monitor local market trends to identify growth opportunities and address challenges in the territory.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events to expand brand awareness.
