Job summary

- 10+ years of account sales experience in pharma/biotech.
- Endocrinology specialty experience required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between company and HCPs across multiple specialties.
- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and decision-makers.
- Deliver compliant, clinically driven messages to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, patient support, and market access.
- Educate HCPs on disease state, treatment options, and company support.
- Monitor local market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Syneos Health at industry conferences and networking events.
