Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Metabolic Account Specialist in Florida to drive awareness and adoption of therapeutic solutions for FOP. You will serve as a liaison to endocrinologists, medical geneticists, orthopedic specialists, dentists, pediatricians, and primary care physicians, building trusted relationships and delivering compliant clinical messages.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of account sales experience in pharma/biotechnology.
Strong Endocrinology specialty experience.
Experience calling on large group practices and/or IDNs.
Willingness to travel up to 70% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key liaison between Syneos Health and healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients within the FOP market.
Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive awareness and adoption of therapeutic solutions.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and other decision-makers.
Deliver compliant, solution-oriented messaging using clinical knowledge and market insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and execute account plans.
Educate HCPs and staff on disease state, options, and company support services.
Monitor local market trends to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
Represent Syneos Health at conferences and networking events.
