Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Metabolic Account Specialist in the United States to drive awareness and adoption of therapeutic solutions for FOP. You will build relationships with endocrinologists, pediatricians, and primary care physicians while coordinating with marketing, medical affairs, and patient support services.

The role requires a seasoned biopharmaceutical sales professional with the ability to communicate clinically driven messages and develop territory-specific account

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of account sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology.
• Strong Endocrinology specialty experience required.
• Account management experience calling on large group practices and/or IDNs.
• Must live in territory with a valid driver’s license and travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between Syneos Health and healthcare professionals in FOP care.
• Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive awareness and adoption of solutions in the FOP market.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and other decision-makers.
• Deliver compliant, solution-oriented messaging using clinical knowledge and market insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and execute account-level plans.
• Act as a resource for HCPs, educating on disease state, options, and company support services.
• Monitor local market trends to identify growth opportunities and challenges in the territory.
• Represent Syneos Health at industry conferences, congresses, and networking events.
