Biogen, Inc. is seeking a patient-facing Family Access Manager for the Rare Disease portfolio in the Dallas area. You will partner with cross-functional teams to resolve non-clinical barriers to therapy initiation and ongoing treatment, guiding patients, caregivers, and sites of care through payer policies and resources.

You will build relationships with advocacy groups, navigate site of care logistics, and educate patients on Biogen Patient services while traveling up to 60% of the time.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in healthcare or biotech with 3+ years in account management, sales, or field reimbursement.
• Experience with physician-administered drugs or biologics and outpatient sites of service.
• Strong EQ, communication, empathy, and ability to influence without authority.

• Support patients and families to navigate steps for therapy access and payer processes.
• Advocate in cross-functional meetings to build and maintain patient case plans.
• Identify and resolve patient access barriers including insurance coverage and reimbursement.
• Engage with payers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors to ensure access.
