Job summary

You will coordinate with market access, contracting, and clinical teams to optimize buy-and-bill workflows, improve patient access, and expand rare disease portfolio adoption. Travel 40–60% to account sites and conferences is required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of sales or account management experience.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of sales/account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of sales/account management experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of sales/account management experience.
• High School diploma with 12 years of sales/account management experience.
• Experience with complex provider accounts and IDNs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer priorities.
• Build stakeholder maps and engage clinical leaders and administrators.
• Lead contract opportunities and coordinate internal approvals.
• Evaluate and optimize buy-and-bill workflows across sites.
• Provide field insights and monitor account performance.
• Lead cross-functional planning for priority initiatives.
