Job summary

Palvella Therapeutics seeks a Rare Disease Specialist (RDS) to lead product launch and expansion across assigned geography in the United States. You will drive demand, deliver scientific messaging, and support patient access with specialty customers.

You will develop territory plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build deep disease-state expertise to maximize adoption and revenue while ensuring compliant, ethical engagement with providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of successful rare disease or related biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Launch, promote, and drive demand for Palvella’s first marketed product across targeted specialty offices and centers.
• Develop and execute a geography plan to expand account penetration and maximize adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on growth strategies and address customer needs.
• Build expertise in product, disease state, and market access to support appropriate use and patient access.
