Job summary

Xeris Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional in the Washington, DC area to promote rare disease products and educate physicians.

You will drive territory performance, execute marketing plans, and build strong relationships with endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals. Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in pharma sales, a valid license, and a track record of top-tier performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with pharmaceutical or medical industry understanding.
• Minimum 5–7+ years of pharma sales experience is expected.
• Experience with rare disease products is highly preferred.
• Driver's license is required for territory travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate physicians on rare disease products in assigned territory.
• Achieve territory sales goals while complying with regulations.
• Implement product marketing plans and region business plans.
• Build relationships with accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain promotional materials and track territory activities.
