Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• TBR minimum 2 years of pharma/biotech or related sales experience with workflow-based selling.
• TBM minimum 5 years of sales experience with workflow-based selling and objective attainment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to drive behavior change and actions.
• Educate providers on guidelines and clinical evidence to improve patient care.
• Develop and maintain account relationships across physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and improve patient access and prescription conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access and Commercial Operations to optimize resources.
