Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Hybrid Clinical Educator to educate patients and caregivers about rare disease therapies, in collaboration with patient services. The role involves visiting sites, delivering training, and supporting program goals across the care journey.

Requirements include an active US RN license, a bachelor’s degree, and 5 years of related experience including rare disease, with travel up to 50%. Fluency in Spanish and English is required for effective patient communication.

Qualifications

• Current US RN License.
• 5 years of related experience, including supporting patients within Rare Disease.
• 2+ years field-based experience in biopharmaceutical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver disease state and product education to patients and caregivers.
• Educate account nurses and office staff on the Clinical Educator role.
• Serve as liaison to access teams and partners to address patient needs.
• Contribute to cross-functional team efforts and share territory insights.
• Deliver approved education programs (in person and webinar) to patients and families.
• Refine patient engagement strategy and educational materials to increase awareness.
• Respond to inquiries with education and support and triage to resources.
