RestorePro Reconstruction, a busy disaster restoration company, is hiring a Water Mitigation Technician for our Wilmington, NC team. The role focuses on rapid mitigation to limit damage and supports creation of estimates and contracts as needed.

The position requires IICRC certification, 1+ year water/mold experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Competitive hourly pay with overtime, on-call bonuses, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation, mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanings.
• IICRC certifications required.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform all mitigation services offered by the company.
• Set up and break down equipment.
• Containment and drying of structures.
• Document daily logs and work orders with accuracy.
• Inspect work to meet quality standards.
• Load vehicles with equipment and supplies.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team.
• Attend required trainings.
