You will supervise technicians, coordinate with project managers and clients, ensure safety and quality, and maintain detailed documentation to support project milestones and client satisfaction. The role offers hourly pay, overtime, and benefits such as 401k, PTO, and sick time.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and leadership skills for supervising technicians.
• Experience in water damage restoration and field leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mitigation tasks including water extraction and drying.
• Coordinate production to meet schedule with quality control.
• Delegate tasks and supervise technicians on site.
• Perform quality checks and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain site documentation and moisture maps.
• Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters.
• Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback.
• Ensure PPE use and adherence to company policies.
• Drive company vehicle and manage equipment.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
