RestoPros in the United States is seeking a mitigation specialist to perform water, fire, mold, and smoke mitigation per industry standards. You will inspect sites, propose solutions, and prepare restoration plans with Xactimate, while maintaining a clean, organized truck and equipment.

The role requires 1 year of mitigation experience, IICRC WRT certification, and strong customer service skills. A valid driver's license is essential, with evening/on-call shifts and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of mitigation experience preferred.
• IICRC WRT Certification required.
• Proficiency in Xactimate software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with insurance claims and homeowner/adjuster communication.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform water, fire, mold, and smoke mitigation per specs.
• Inspect sites, present solutions, and conduct restoration.

• Ensure projects meet timeframes and customer satisfaction.
