Job summary

ACE Cleaning-Restoration Services, Inc. is seeking hardworking field technicians to join our fast-paced water mitigation and mold remediation team. You will gain hands-on experience, master a valuable trade, and help homeowners recover after a crisis.

This on-call role involves demo, extraction, equipment operation, mold remediation, and cleanup, with 24/7 emergency response. A valid driver's license and strong communication are essential; training is available for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years of hands-on work in water mitigation and/or remediation preferred.
• Willing to train the right person.
• Hardworking, reliable, and physically able to perform demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• A valid, clean driver’s license is REQUIRED to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Demo & extraction: remove wet carpet, drywall and flooring using hand and power tools.
• Equipment: deploy and monitor heavy-duty mitigation tech like air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Clean up: deep-clean and sanitize properties to restore safety for families.
• Mold remediation: inspect, contain and remove mold-damaged materials using safety standards.
• Emergency response: participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
