Job summary

ServiceMaster by ERP is seeking self-motivated Water Damage Technicians for full-time work, mainly Monday–Friday with some weekends and night on-call shifts. You will inspect, dry, and restore properties, monitor equipment, and document scenes to support insurance reimbursements.

Ideal candidates have water damage experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a dynamic field setting. We offer competitive hourly pay and opportunities for overtime and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in water damage restoration and related fieldwork.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to operate in a fast-paced field service environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and prepare equipment and supplies for each job.
• Respond quickly to emergency water damage calls and restoration tasks.
• Perform inspections and document work with photos per policy.
• Operate dehumidifiers, air movers, and other restoration equipment.
• Document job progress and customer interactions in the field.
