Job summary

1-800 Water Damage is seeking self-motivated Water Damage Technicians for full-time employment in California. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM with overtime and possible on-call nights & weekends.

You will inspect, dry, and restore spaces, document activities, and coordinate with insurance providers using our restoration app. Responsibilities include loading equipment, performing water mitigation, and reviewing job details with supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Experience in restoration or construction preferred.
• Willingness to work on-call nights and weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Load equipment and supplies for FAST response to emergencies.
• Complete inspections according to company processes.
• Perform water mitigation including extraction and debris removal.
• Set up and operate dehumidifiers, air movers, and air scrubbers.
• Document work in the restoration app with photos and notes.
• Inspect completed jobs and obtain customer signatures.
