Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking an Emergency Roadside Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. You will provide real-time roadside assistance and dispatch coordination, ensuring vendors arrive within 90 minutes and vehicles are repaired or safely off the road within 3 hours.

Qualifications

2+ years in fleet support, roadside or dispatch coordination
Customer-focused with ability to exceed performance metrics
Proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with fleet systems/CRM or dispatch software

Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 roadside assistance and dispatch coordination
Engage qualified roadside vendors to meet SLA: 90 minutes onsite; 3 hours repair/off-road
Maintain constant communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams
Document updates with timestamps and completion details
Collaborate with Vendor Fleet Management to expand roadside network
Support data collection and SLA reporting
