Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking an Emergency Roadside Coordinator in Charlotte, NC. You will provide real-time roadside assistance and dispatch coordination for customers, ensuring vendor arrival within 90 minutes and repair or off-road within 3 hours.

This role requires handling multiple events in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. The position is Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, with the operation 24/7; shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays based

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in fleet support or dispatch coordination.
• Strong communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with fleet systems and dispatch tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 roadside support and dispatch coordination.
• Engage qualified vendors to meet 90-minute onsite and 3-hour repair/off-road SLA.
• Maintain updates with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Escalate vendor performance issues to leadership.
• Document notes, timestamps, and completion details for each event.
• Support SLA data collection and vendor performance metrics.
