Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our on-site team in Georgia. You will perform restoration services at residential and commercial properties, operate specialized equipment, and maintain safety and organization on site.

As part of a collaborative crew, you will document work, communicate status to clients, and support other departments as needed while adhering to safety standards and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• IICRC Certification (preferred).
• 1+ year(s) of experience in water damage restoration (preferred).
• Familiarity with water damage, mold, or fire damage restoration (preferred).
• Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions provided written orally, or diagrammatically.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, such as screwdriver, wrench, hammer crowbar, and power tools.
• Ability to stand for prolong periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
• Must be able to perform all tasks while wearing required PPE.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, as well as harsh indoor conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Must have on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition of property, debris removal, content cleaning, and assist with mold and biohazard clean‑up.
• Create and maintain accurate and detailed measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, work orders, and other documentation.
• Communicate details of work performed, and job status clearly with clients, managers, team members, and other parties.
• Maintain a neat and orderly worksite and obey all safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure work truck is clean and organized; stock with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Assist other departments and technicians as needed.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
