Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to perform restoration services at residential and commercial properties. This role involves demolition, debris removal, content cleaning, and assisting with mold and biohazard cleanup.

You will operate specialized equipment, maintain a safe and organized worksite, and document job details in project management systems. Work is performed under a Lead Technician or Project Superintendent, focusing on accuracy and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• IICRC Certification preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in water damage restoration preferred.
• Familiarity with water damage, mold, or fire damage restoration preferred.
• Ability to apply instructions written or verbal, or diagrammatically.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition of property, debris removal, content cleaning, and assist with mold and biohazard clean-up.
• Create and maintain accurate measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, and other documentation in job management systems.
• Communicate details of work performed and job status with clients and team members.
• Maintain a neat and orderly worksite and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure work truck is stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Assist other departments and technicians as needed.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
