Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise in Georgia is seeking a restoration technician to respond to emergencies and perform water and fire damage restoration. You will load and inventory tools, communicate with supervisors, and help clients understand the restoration process.

Must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior restoration or construction experience is preferred; IICRC certification is a plus.

• Previous restoration or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency situations (water/fire).
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities (water extraction, fire damage, equipment setup, demolition).
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies.
• Communicate safety hazards and site needs with supervisors.
• Maintain communication with clients and explain restoration steps.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks (drying, site cleanup).
