Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a Restoration Technician to perform restoration services at residential and commercial properties, operate specialized equipment, and maintain a safe, organized work environment. The role requires gear handling, accurate documentation, and teamwork to deliver quality results.

The candidate should have 1+ year of water damage restoration experience, familiarity with mold and fire damage, and a valid driver’s license. IICRC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• IICRC Certification preferred.
• 1+ year water damage restoration experience preferred.
• Familiarity with water, mold, or fire damage restoration preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in harsh indoor environments.
• On-call availability as required by projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration services at residential and commercial properties.
• Demolish, remove debris, clean contents, and assist with mold and biohazard cleanup.
• Document measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, and work orders in job management systems.
• Communicate work details and status clearly with clients and team.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized worksite; follow safety rules and PPE usage.
• Ensure truck is stocked and ready for jobs; assist other departments as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and perform other duties as assigned.
