Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our nationwide disaster restoration team. You will perform restoration services on residential and commercial properties, operating specialized equipment and following safety protocols to deliver high‑quality results.

Work is performed under supervision with colleagues, and you may participate in on‑call rotations. We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• IICRC Certification (preferred).
• 1+ year experience in water damage restoration (preferred).
• Familiarity with water, mold or fire damage restoration (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration services at residential and commercial properties.
• Operate specialized restoration equipment.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized worksite.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects efficiently.
• Document job progress and communicate with clients and managers.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
