Job summary

RKW Residential in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the Emblem Ravine property in good working order and provide superior customer service to residents. You will diagnose and solve maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances and pools, and respond to service requests promptly.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 2 years related apartment maintenance experience.
HVAC certification required.
Valid drivers license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Maintain the property to ensure good working order and curb appeal while providing superior customer service to residents.
Diagnose and solve maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances and pools.
Complete service requests within 24 hours.
Be available for 24-hour maintenance emergency calls and respond promptly to emergencies.
Prepare apartments for new residents following Arqline standards.
Perform daily maintenance of property grounds for curb appeal.
Maintain equipment in good working condition.
Observe safety standards and follow procedures when using new equipment.
