A valid driver's license and a HVAC certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property to ensure good working order and curb appeal while delivering excellent resident service.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances and pools.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and respond to 24-hour emergency calls.
• Prepare apartments for new residents promptly following Arqline standards.
• Inspect mechanical systems and building controls; monitor and adjust as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of new equipment.
