Job summary

Medium is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to lead rapid mobilization and power restoration project administration for utility clients during emergencies and outages.

You will plan, coordinate and execute projects, manage reporting and administrative documentation, support billing and invoicing with finance, and ensure accurate roster input in a fast-paced, high‑tempo operation.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel proficiency required.
