Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess call situations and select best action per paramedic protocol.
• Use medical equipment (defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction, IV fluids) to provide advanced care.
• Communicate with patients and families to convey care details.
• Lead the Paramedic team and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.
